Lauprene is based in Gauteng, South Africa.  Delivery of R75.00 includes door-to-door courier service nationwide. 

Shipping takes between 1 to 4 business days. Monday through to Friday, excluding public holidays.

We cannot change or cancel an order as processing begins immediately to make its way to you as quickly as possible.

You can pay via internet transfer or with your credit/debit card via Payfast. PAYJUSTNOW is also available. Follow instructions on the checkout page. 

Lauprene bags are crafted from the highest quality neoprene inspired by performance wetsuit material. This technical fabric is lightweight, softly structured, and naturally water-resistant, allowing each bag to hold its shape while remaining flexible and comfortable to carry.

Most Lauprene styles are easy to care for and designed for everyday life. Selected styles may be machine washed on a cold, gentle cycle, while others require hand washing only. Metallic finishes are more delicate and should always be washed by hand. After washing, reshape and hang indoors to air dry.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming your purchase along with delivery tracking details.

Due to transit, your bag may arrive slightly out of shape. Neoprene is a flexible material and can crease during postage. Simply hang your bag on a coat hanger indoors and it will naturally return to its original shape. Alternatively, the bag may be washed in cold water only and hung indoors to air dry.

Neoprene can have a noticeable smell when new. This is completely harmless and will naturally dissipate within a few days.

If your bag has arrived with any quality issue you feel is deemed not acceptable, please contact us immediately so we can take the necessary action. 

Our warranty period for FAULTY items is 6 months. 

Please note that normal wear and tear is not a fault.

Although our bags are durable please do not overload.

Although neoprene is a durable fabric, it will show signs of wear and tear just like any other bag. 

When opening and closing the press studs and zippers please treat with care. Support the press studs when opening to prevent any damage to the surrounding material. 

Please avoid sharp objects and grease or oil.  

Do not over load your bag excessively.
