Lauprene is based in Kwa-Zulu Natal, South Africa.  Delivery of R70.00 includes door-to-door courier service nation wide. 

Shipping takes between 1 to 4 business days. Monday through to Friday, excluding public holidays.

We cannot change or cancel an order as processing begins immediately to make its way to you as quickly as possible.

You can pay via internet transfer or with your credit/debit card via Payfast. PAYJUSTNOW is also available. Follow instructions on the checkout page. 

Lauprene bags are made from a premium perforated neoprene (wetsuit fabric).

CLASSIC, ICONIC, URBAN, LUXE, MESSENGER, DENIM bags are machine washable on a COLD wash only.

STATUS and WANDERER handwash in COLD water only.

The metallic black and white bags are more delicate and should be washed by hand.

After washing, hang your bag on a coat hanger indoors to dry.

Once ordered you will receive an email confirming your order and the status of your delivery. 

Due to postage, your bag may arrive slightly out of shape as neoprene can crease.

Rest assured that with a little time hanging on a coat hanger, your bag will spring back to life. 

Alternatively it can be washed in cold water and hung indoors to dry

Neoprene has a strong smell that is not harmful and will dissipate in a few days.

We do not exchange or refund bags for a change of heart.

If your bag has arrived with any quality issue you feel is deemed not acceptable, please contact us immediately so we can take the necessary action. 

Our warranty period for FAULTY items is 6 months. 

Please note that normal wear and tear is not a fault.

Although our bags are durable please do not overload.

Email hello@lauprene.co.za with purchase order, pictures and description of fault.

Although neoprene is a durable fabric, it will show signs of wear and tear just like any other bag. 

When opening and closing the press studs and zippers please treat with care. Support the press studs when opening to prevent any damage to the surrounding material. 

Please avoid sharp objects and grease or oil.  

Do not over load your bag excessively.
