We do not exchange or refund bags for change of mind. All bag dimensions and details are on the products page to provide as much information as possible prior to purchasing. Please feel free to email us for any questions you have about Lauprene before your purchase - hello@lauprene.co.za
If your bag has arrived with any quality issue you feel is not acceptable, please contact our team immediately so we can take the necessary action. Our warranty period for FAULTY items is 6 months. Please note that regular wear and tear is not a fault.
